Second Ten Days of Ramadān

In the second ten days, again, Salāh al-Tasbīh and Khatim al-Anbiyā should be performed.

Last Ten Days of Ramadān

In the last ten days, Muslims should repent from sins by reciting Istighfār, perform Khatim al-Anbiyā, and Khatim al-Istighfār (to recite: 1001 times) by adding 7 Salawāt before and 7 or 70 Salawāt after it. Finally, du‘ā is made. Du‘ās to recite before Iftar: ‘Allāhumma yā wāsi‘al maghfirat-ighfirlī’ once. AtthetimeofIftar,recite:‘Allāhummalakasumtu,wabika āmantu, wa ‘alayka tawakkaltu, wa ‘alā rizqika aftartu, wa sawma ghadin nawaytu’ and “Dhahaba’z-zamau wabtallati’l-urūqu wa thabata’l-ajru inshā Allāhu Ta’ālā.”
